Terms & Conditions – R2H LIVE (Release-to-Home)
Welcome to R2H LIVE (Release-to-Home). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the R2H LIVE platform, including its website, applications, and connected TV services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform.
1. Platform Overview
R2H LIVE is a technology-enabled, marketplace-based content release platform that enables creators, aggregators, and content partners to publish and distribute content directly to audiences.
• Operates solely as a technology and distribution platform
• Does not act as a content producer, editor, or rights owner
• Does not guarantee viewership, commercial success, or revenue outcomes
2. Eligibility
• Users must be at least 18 years of age, or have valid parental or legal guardian consent where required by law
• Users must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
R2H LIVE reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false, misleading, or incomplete information.
3. User Accounts
• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities conducted through the account
• Notify R2H LIVE promptly of any unauthorised access or security breach
R2H LIVE shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of a user account.
4. Creator & Content Partner Responsibilities
• Ownership or lawful rights to upload, distribute, and monetise content
• No infringement of intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or statutory rights
• Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and content standards
Creators retain ownership of their content. R2H LIVE is granted only limited, non-exclusive rights necessary to host, distribute, and display such content on the Platform.
5. Content Availability & Moderation
• Review, restrict, suspend, or remove content violating applicable laws or platform policies
• Respond to legal notices, takedown requests, or governmental directives
R2H LIVE does not pre-screen all content and is not responsible for user-generated content published on the Platform.
6. Monetisation & Payments
• Pay-Per-View (PPV)
• Rental
• Advertisement-supported release
• Subscription inclusion
• Hybrid monetisation models
Revenue sharing, payout schedules, and applicable fees are governed by creator agreements and platform dashboards. R2H LIVE does not guarantee earnings or minimum revenue.
7. Subscription & Access (Viewers)
• Certain content may require payment, rental, or subscription
• Subscription pricing and access terms may change with prior notice
• Content availability may vary by region, device compatibility, or licensing restrictions
8. Prohibited Activities
• Uploading unlawful, abusive, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content
• Circumventing DRM, encryption, or security measures
• Redistributing, recording, reproducing, or commercially exploiting content without authorisation
• Interfering with Platform operations or other users’ access
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of access.
9. Intellectual Property
All Platform technology, software, trademarks, branding, interfaces, and proprietary materials are the property of R2H LIVE or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated. Any unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
10. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, cloud infrastructure, and analytics tools. R2H LIVE is not responsible for the performance or availability of such services beyond their defined scope.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, R2H LIVE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
12. Termination

• Protection of Platform integrity and security
Termination shall not affect rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in other jurisdictions.
14. Global Availability
R2H LIVE is an online platform accessible globally. Content availability may be restricted or modified through geo-fencing or other technical measures to comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and licensing obligations.
Users accessing the Platform from outside India do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws governing content access and consumption.
15. Updates to Terms
R2H LIVE may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
